UMD’s Denise Clark Receives CSHEMA’s "Campus Leaders Who Care" Award
Denise Clark, Associate Vice President for Research, was honored by CSHEMA for her exceptional commitment to fostering a culture of safety in higher education.
Nominated by ESSR Executive Director Mary Dorman, Clark’s leadership and collaboration with ESSR have advanced campus-wide research safety programs and strengthened UMD’s commitment to safe, sustainable innovation.
Terrapin Youth Protection Strategic Plan
The University of Maryland has launched a comprehensive strategic plan for establishing an enterprise-wide risk management system for any university-affiliated activity involving minors.
