In accordance with UMD’s MS4 Permit No. 13-SF-5501, the University must comply with all applicable State and Federal public notice requirements for regulated activities associated with this general permit. This page provides public access to the University’s spill reports, illicit discharge detection and elimination investigations, and Maryland Department of the Environment inspections from the past five (5) years.
