The Green Terp Bucket List has officially reached 500 student enrollments, marking an exciting milestone for this Office of Sustainability initiative. The program encourages students to explore campus, engage in sustainability efforts, and build everyday habits that contribute to a greener University of Maryland community.

Open to all undergraduate students, the Bucket List invites participants to explore, engage, and earn badges by completing a series of sustainability-focused challenges across four flexible categories: Campus Locations, Campus Events, Climate Anxiety & Wellness, and Individual Actions. Each completed section earns a collectible pin, and students who finish the full list receive a green sustainability cord to wear at graduation.
Whether students are new to sustainability or already involved, the Green Terp Bucket List provides a fun, self-paced way to connect with campus resources, join a community of environmentally minded Terps, and turn small individual actions into meaningful collective impact.
