The AskESSR portal provides many benefits to support our customers such as:
- Implementing end-to-end tracking to replace slow email processes and increase resolution times
- Leveraging technology to access information
- Providing easily searchable and well-organized knowledge articles for ESSR FAQ’s
- Routing inquiries to appropriate ESSR personnel
- Enabling ESSR to monitor response times and other metrics to continuously enhance best in class customer service and identify improvement areas
Email Addresses Moving to AskESSR
As we transition to the AskHR portal, several of our email boxes will move to ServiceNow so we can improve our customer service. In August you will receive an email when you open a case via the portal or when you email some of ESSR's email addresses:
